ONLINE RETURN POLICY: If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within 14 days of the date it was received. ALL ITEMS must be in the original condition they were purchased in:

CLOTHING & SHOES POLICY: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, all tags attached, and returned in original condition purchased.

FRAGRANCE POLICY: unopened, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition purchased.

In addition, a receipt must accompany ALL RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or used. If deemed item or items are not in original condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer. All returns will be processed within 48 -72 hours of receiving the item.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

GIFT RETURN POLICY: We are happy to make return arrangements for any items received as a gift within 14 days of the date it was received. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds on any gift purchase.

ALL VINTAGE items are FINAL SALE, Simply Everything Boutique LLC. will not offer refunds or exchanges for these items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
